Key Account Support DACH

 

As Key Account Support DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) you support the Account Managers in the field of commerce. You ensure that everything runs smoothly at the back end. For example, you need to regularly liaise with customers to vouch for suitable coordination, manage contracts and monitor all sales orders with internal and external stakeholders. That's not all, however, as in the dynamic role of Key Account Support, no two days are ever the same and you need to constantly switch between various activities.

  • Power BI analyses (turnover, margin, distribution and range)
  • Producing quotations
  • Sales price list ownership & management
  • Compiling, uploading and managing forecasts for key and trade customers
  • Checking payments received
  • Calculating prices with regard to article proposals
  • First point of contact for buying and the region
  • Obtaining new products by means of buying
  • Conducting distribution
  • Visiting shops with a view to identifying opportunities and threats
  • Preparing sales calls
  • Taking part in customer visits (wherever possible/necessary)
  • Organising trade fairs
  • Responsible for drawing up and maintaining the annual promotional calendar.

The profile

  • You have an MBO4 diploma;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Dynamics/Navision is an advantage);
  • At least one year's work experience in a similar role (may also have been an internship);
  • You are available to work 32 to 40 hours a week;
  • You have a sound command of both spoken and written English and German. It is an advantage if you also speak Dutch;
  • You live within a radius of 50 kilometres from Oosterhout.
