We take this opportunity to inform you about the latest developments at Brand Masters.
On 6 June 2019, we entered into a partnership with Avedon Capital Partners in Amsterdam. Avedon is an independent investment company that invests in growth capital and expertise in medium-sized companies that are market leaders in their sector. We are therefore proud to be able to take this step forward together with Avedon. Avedon's investment and knowledge should enable us to accelerate the achievement of our growth aspirations, despite the fact that we are a relatively new organisation that continues to learn from experience.
We launched Brand Masters in 2012, with a view to cooperating with suppliers, customers and other partners in order to get the most out of "the market" and thus achieve mutually profitable growth. We have since developed into an enterprising organisation, which has many talented employees and where job satisfaction comes first. Our ambition is to collaborate with you as a partner in the coming years in both further exploiting the potential and professionalising our company, to become a unique, qualitative and indispensable link between all our suppliers & customers for both the present and the future.
What does this entail for you?
The proposed partnership is primarily part of a transition aimed at strengthening our position as a leading distributor of Food and Home & Personal Care products on the International market. The changes involved will have little or no impact on you, our valued partner, as you will retain your familiar contacts, while our billing and ordering systems remain unchanged for the time being.
In closing, we wish to emphasise that we, Jasper Vreugdenhil & Toine van Poppel, remain both actively involved in the further expansion of the company and fully focused on commercial activities. We will naturally keep you informed of the aforementioned throughout the period ahead.
Should you have any questions, please contact your designated contact at Brand Masters or call 0031 162 763414.
The proposed partnership is subject to the approval of the competition authority.
